Description
NetWolves was founded to introduce a new, innovative Internet security and access device product called the FoxBox. NetWolves Limited Liability Corporation, NetWolves LLC, was established in the state of Ohio in February 1998. In June of that year, NetWolves LLC, through a reverse merger with an OTC/BB company, Watchdog Patrols, Inc., became NetWolves Corporation with an operating subsidiary, NetWolves Technologies Corporation.
