CDRs include all specifics about the call: Time, Date, Call Duration, Number dialed, Caller ID information, Extension, Line/trunk location, Cost, Call completion status. CDRs may also include additional information, e.g., voice quality, remote-gateway information, and bytes transmitted/received.
