No recent IMS enhancement has more potential to improve internal processing than does the Common Services Layer (CSL). The CSL provides many benefits including the Automatic RECON Loss Notification (ARLN), Single Point of Control (SPOC), and the IMS Type 2 Query commands.
This document describes the basics of CSL usage and how to get started with the CSL.
