Mr. Staples brings 24 years of experience in technology and marketing to Interactive Intelligence, including specific assignments in the areas of computer telephony, unified messaging, mobile wireless, computer networking, and computer-based education.
Tom Fisher
Director, Systems Engineering
Tom Fisher is the Systems Engineering Director for Interactive Intelligence. Tom has worked in the contact center and communications arena with a special emphasis on IP Telephony design for over 10 years. He serves as the lead architect for large IP based contact center deployments providing engineering and design services to Interactive Intelligence clients. Prior to Interactive Tom Worked at Cisco Systems focused on enterprise contact center deployments and Accenture where he provided business consulting services to clients.
